Students are encouraged to form healthy, non-controversial clubs and societies. However, clubs can only function with the approval of the Provost through the Dean, Student Affairs
The protem officers of such clubs and societies must apply to the Provost for consideration and approval. Their applications should include aims and objectives as well as the list of their patrons, which must include at least two senior staff members of the College. The Provost reserves the right, in the interest of good governance of the College, to reject the formation or operation of such clubs; and
