School of Sciences was created along side with other four Schools in the College when the College was established in 1974 with one department (Integrated Science Department).
In 1999 accreditation of courses was carried out in the College by National Commission for Colleges of Education which resulted to the creation of additional six departments in the School. Currently, there are 7 (seven) departments in the School visa-viz Biology, Chemistry, Computer, Mathematics, Physics, Physical and Health Education and Integrated Science departments.
